Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully handmade and packaged with love. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during high volume periods or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. 

 

Returns & Exchange 

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your happiness truly matters to us.

 If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement or store credit, when applicable.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted. 

 

Custom/ Personalized Orders

Custom items are created especially for you and made based on the details you provide at checkout. Because of this, all custom and personalized sales are final. 

We kindly as that you double check all personalization details (including spelling, colors, and design selections) before submitting your order, as changes cannot be made once production has begun
